A delicious dish for your events by Chef Koussaila
Fish is an excellent choice for events and entertaining, and this Mediterranean recipe will delight your guests with its rich, bold flavors. As a private chef in Montreal, I have created many dishes for my clients who are always satisfied with my creations.
Ingredients:
- 4 white fish fillets (e.g. tilapia, sea bass, sea bream)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and black pepper.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the fish fillets, making sure each fillet is well coated.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Serve this delicious Mediterranean fish dish with grilled vegetables, rice or a salad.
